NOTE: Information on the linked Property Owner List PDF file was compiled from public records available at www.knoxkgis.com and from documents in the TCC files. The table includes owners, purchase dates, and county deed book/page numbers when available. House construction dates were estimated from TVA maps in Section 4 and from TCC owner lists and other correspondence in the TCC files. Additional notes about properties and owners collected during research for the Timberlake History Project (tidbits from TCC file documents and recollections from current owners) are also included. They may not be entirely accurate, but are provided to help those interested in continuing research on their property. --D. Reiff.
